President

As President of Elyria Manufacturing Corp., Brad is responsible for ensuring continued profitable, long term growth for the firm. Though he worked at the precision machining company throughout high school, Brad's professional career at EMC began in 1986, after receiving a BS/BA degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University. In the following years, Brad held positions of increasing responsibilities in Production Control and Human Resources. Prior to being named President, Brad was Executive VP of Sales and Marketing.

Brad is active on many precision machining industry boards and councils. He is a well respected leader and speaker in Workforce Training and Development. He co-founded the ground-breaking Council for Education in the Metalworking Technology—a collaboration between industry and area schools. Brad has also held leadership roles with the Center for Leadership in Education, Lorain County's Workforce Investment Board, The Governor's Workforce Policy Board and Ohio's School-to-work program.

Brad is also active in the Precision Machined Products Association, the precision machining industry's premier trade group. He has held various leadership positions with the group, in the areas of Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Government Affairs.

CEO

As CEO of Elyria Manufacturing Corp., Jeff is responsible for guiding the long term strategic leadership of this fourth generation, family owned precision machining company. He worked at the firm through High School and College, and began his EMC career as Plant Manager in 1981, upon receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. Jeff is credited with bringing progressive management processes to EMC that significantly improved plant effectiveness and efficiency. In 1987, Jeff was named President & CEO. He brought a disciplined, strategic approach to the business that brought significant growth. In 2008, as EMC continued to grow under his leadership, Jeff's role changed to CEO to allow more time to work on strategic initiatives.

Since 1981, Jeff has been involved in the Precision Machined Products Association (PMPA), the precision machining industry's premier association. He is often called upon to speak at industry conferences about management development issues. Jeff is currently the 2nd VP of the organization. He also served as Director, Lake Erie District Chair, and a member of numerous committees.

Jeff is an active member of the World Presidents Organization, and is a past member of the Young Presidents Organization. Jeff also serves on the Board of First Place Bank. In the local Lorain/Elyria community, Jeff has served many organizations, including the Arthritis Foundation, Elyria City Schools Board, Elyria Civil Service Commission, and Elyria Rotary Club.
